9.1. How to contact a user via Cargo.Messenger?

 

To connect with a user via Cargo.Messenger, press the Send message icon (user off-line) or (user online) depicted near the required user’s name. A message window will open.

 

Or press the messenger icon to the right of your name and CargoID. In the search field below, start typing the user’s name, then click on the found contact to open a message window.

You can see other methods of contact above the dialogue field to contact the user via SMS, email, other phone numbers, Skype, Viber or WhatsApp, if any of them are provided.
