5.2. Adding truck offers through the Add Truck form

 

To add a truck offer, go to Trucks, press Add truck

 

and fill in the following fields:

1. Loading and unloading destinations.

Specify loading point in the From line, and the unloading point in the To line.

 

If you have a package load, add an additional loading/unloading point by pressing icon Add.

 

Please note:

Change places - the function of switching loading/unloading points.

Abc - entry mode to enter loading/unloading points (automatic, manual):

     • Manual. You need to select the country, region and city from the drop-down menus, one by one;

  • Automatic. Select the country from the drop-down menu and then enter city/region/zip code or just the city, and the system will automatically fill in the country. You can type the city name in Cyrillic or Latin alphabet.

Radius. To receive more match-ups for your offer, set the radius of travel in km – the distance which you can travel from the loading or unloading point.

Tick the country. If you specified the search radius, you can also tick the country to the left of the loading or unloading point.

In that case, match-up selection will be made within the set radius but only within the borders of the specified countries. If you did not tick the country, you would see match-ups for offers within the set radius regardless of the borders of the specified countries.

Adding several offers. To add several truck offers at the same time, press Add.

For example:

If you select 2 location “From” and 3 locations “To”, there will be 6 independent truck offers added.
From: Vilnius, Moscow.
To: Warsaw, Tallinn, Riga.
6 truck offers will be added to the data base: Vilnius-Warsaw, Vilnius-Tallinn, Vilnius-Riga, Moscow-Warsaw, Moscow-Tallinn and Moscow-Riga.

 

2. Upload date. To keep your offers up to date, the maximum period you can select is 3 days (not counting the weekends). To change the date, press Delete in the top right corner of the calendar.

 

Please note:

Holidays. If there are any holidays in the calendar of the loading or unloading country, they will be highlighted by a red frame.

 

3. Truck type. Select one of the given truck types, and you will see standard trailer parameters displayed below. You may edit them using the slider or type them in manually in the respective field. Also select loading method available for the given truck type.

 

Please note:

When you select automobile transporter, you only need to specify the number of free cargo seats for loading.

 

4. Additional information. If you need to provide additional truck parameters, type them here. You cannot specify your phone number or any third person’s phone number.

 

Please note:

Contact person. You are specified as the person of contact automatically. If you edit this part and specify another employee of your company (from the drop-down menu), only he/she will be able to see and edit/delete this added offer.

 

5. Notify on relevant proposal. If you wish to receive a notification of a suitable offer, select the notification means – e-mail or SMS.

 

6. Type of payment. Select the type of payment from the available options: on unloading, after delivery or advance payment. Specify the price.

 

7. Priority offer. To have your offer displayed at the top of the main graph for the whole period of its relevance and highlight it for other users, select Priority offer. This is a paid service.

 

Reset button: All the information you entered will be deleted.
Add button: The offer will be added to the system.
