3.5. Where to find my company’s Feedback and Rating?

 

To view the Company rating and feedback, you must find your company in the Catalog section and click on the company name to view the profile.

The rating can be viewed in the Company Data section. To see the rating in detail, click on the diagram:

To see feedback, go to the tab Responses tab:

 

 

Please note:

To comment on a response, press on icon Dialog. If you want a translation of a response in a different language, click on icon Translation.
