11.10. How to apply to get debt recovery?

You can file a claim to collect the debt when you add an unpaid bill or right after by pressing Edit.

Tick Debt collection through Cargo in the opened window and press Save.

When you apply for debt recovery, your company will be billed for consideration of your claim, and a debt collection contract will be concluded.

After bill payment, the situation shall be examined, and you will be contacted within 5 working days to hear options of further actions to collect the debt.
