4.1.2. Using a standard filter

 

Go to the Loads section, click on Find load and fill in the necessary parameters in the search form, then press Find.

 

 

When you specify at least one type of transport, tick Consider trailer type for searching.

 

The search results will be displayed on the tab in the form of a table where you can sort the data in the alphabetical order (loading/unloading points, customers) as well as by date.

 

If no offers are found, try expanding the search criteria by changing them in the filter (radius, weight/volume, trailer type, etc.).

To rename a tab, click on it and type the name, then press Enter.

 

To find new offers while using different parameters, click on New search, fill in the data in the search form and press Find. A list of new offers will be displayed in the tab.

Created tabs will be preserved even if you went to a different website section or logged out.

To change the search parameters, press the Pencil icon, edit the parameters and click on Find. If you do not use the configured filter for two weeks, it will be automatically deleted from the filter table.

 

To see the found offers on a map, press the Maps icon.

 

Please note:

Mini filter. To select only those offers matching your type of truck from the list in the open tab, set the necessary parameters in the mini filter.

 

 

Radius. Specify radius (km) from the loading/unloading point within which you can move to load/unload the cargo. This will help to expand the number of offers during search.

Tick the country. If you specified the search radius, you can also tick the country to the left of the loading/unloading point.

 

Then you will get only the offers within the selected country. If you did not tick the country, you will see offers within the specified radius from the loading/unloading point regardless of the country borders.

Examples:

1. My truck is at D01 Dresden, Germany, but I can accept cargoes from adjoining regions PL68, PL66, PL59, CZ40, CZ47, etc. How do I find the load offers of interest?

To find the offers of interest within the radius, select the loading point D01 Dresden, Germany and set the search radius of 150 km. If you want to see offers only in the adjoining regions of Germany, tick In the country.

1. I published a truck offer S10 Stockholm, Sweden (+1,000 km) -> Moscow reg. Russia (+ 5,000 km). Why do I get match-ups of cargoes from Lithuania to Estonia?

To get match-ups only from the set loading/unloading countries, tick In the country. If you did not tick the country, the match-ups will be offered within the specified radius regardless of the country: loading point within the radius of 1,000 km from Stockholm, unloading point – within the radius of 5,000 km from Moscow.

Template. To save time when you fill in the search parameters, you can create a template. To do this, when you do a search, tick Save as temple, specify its name and click on Find.

 

 

This template will be accessible in the drop-down menu Upload temple.

Selecting the saved template, you can also edit or delete it if necessary.

 

 

You searched. The YOU SEARCHED drop-down list displays your latest 10 searches. To repeat an older search using a filter from your history, press the icon Change filter for search, edit the search parameters and then click on Find.

 

New offers in the tab. New offers that match your search parameters will be automatically loaded into the list inside the tab. The number of new unread offers will be displayed numerically on the tab.

 

If you have many tabs, the tab color will turn orange when there are new offers available.

 

If you are at the top of the table, new offers will be automatically loaded into the table and highlighted in green.

 

If you looking around the table, the information about the number of new offers will be displayed in a pop-up window. To load new offers, click the link Show.

 

Managing the offer list.

 

To receive a sound notification of a new incoming offer, press Sound control icon on the respective tab.
You can suspend tab monitoring. The search for active offers will be available, but the information of new incoming offers will not appear. To suspend tab updates, press the Stop filter monitoring icon.

You can continue updates for new offers on the tab by pressing Play.
If the search is no longer relevant, you can delete the tab by pressing the Delete filter icon.

Loads from other load exchanges. Cargo and Teleroute are signed in an agreement of cooperation and database exchange, so when you do a search, sometimes you can see the following icon near some of the results TLR. To see the work contracts of the company that posted its offers on Teleroute, click the company name to be redirected by an outward link.
