10.1. How to find a company in the catalog?

 

To find a company, check the Catalog section.

Add one or several search criteria:

     • Cargo ID;

     • Company name or code;

     • Manager’s name;

     • Phone, e-mail, Skype;

and press Find.

 

 

You can also find a company in the catalog from the Main Page of the website by entering a company code or its name in the search field of the SEARCH OF COMPANY in the tab on the right.

 

 

Contact information and Company rating will be displayed on the screen.

 

 

To get additional information, click on the company name.

 

 

For companies from Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan, there is a Check out button near the unique company code in the Company Data section. By pressing it you will get full information about the company using YouControl  (Ukraine), Creditinfo  (Lithuania), Firmas.lv (Latvia), and LEGAT.BY (Kazakhstan, Belarus) services.

 

Please note:

The rating field displays:

     • The rating diagram (if you point your cursor on it, you will see the total positive or negative rating points).

 

 

     • Statuses of companies:

◾ Companies which have been banned to access the website are marked with Suspended or Closed tag.

◾ Current company statuses: Pre-Bankrupt, Bankrupt, Liquidated, Not Cargo Client.

 

 

     • Total time, that company has operated with the website, which can be between 1 and 12 months (to see the total time you must point your cursor on the clock icon, and you will see the information).

 

 

     • Cargo.Garant membership status can be viewed. Hovering your cursor over the shield will show information about their Certificate status.
