20.2. Who to contact if something does not work?

 

If you have any questions regarding operations on the website, you can ask for help online by pressing the icon Online help  in the top left corner of the website.

 

A dialogue window will open where you can talk to an operator.

 

Type your message to the operator in the message field and click on Send. You can attach a file by pressing the icon Send file.

You can rate the operator’s work with the help of Rate the operator icons Like or Dislike.

To disable sound notifications, click on the Sound on/off icon.

Using the icon Delete toggle the chat window after you end the dialogue with the operator.
