9.5. Setting up and sending template phrases

 

To use template phrases when you write messages. Press the icon Book in the message entry field and you will see the list of template phrases.

 

When you click on the selected phrase, it will appear in the message entry field.

 

To select the phrases that will be sent by default every time you send an inquiry, go to your chat Settings by pressing the icon Settings. Tick the necessary phrases (up to 5). You can change the order of the selected phrases by dragging them up and down or delete them by pressing the icon Close. Press Save.

 

Please note:

Template phrases will be displayed to the user in the language that they use uses on the website.
