10.6. How to delete feedback?

 

Go to the company profile (in the catalogue), then go to the Responses tab, find the response and press the icon Delete.

 

 

Please note:

The company will get 0.2 points for each received response, and 2 points if the response is confirmed by a document. Depending on the response type, points will be assigned to negative or positive rating.
